I had air conditioner installed. Communication was easy , someone always answered the phone . I think communication between installation team and sales team was 4 star. Could use improvement. Overall great price great installation, I would definitely use again

installing went great, looks good and works perfectly. Installers explained everything clearly and everything went well. Although they didn’t come at the allotted time, they called in advance to tell me they were coming late and made sure that there was someone home for the installation

Jarrod and the team at Mason Electrical-Refrigeration & Airconditioning Services did a fantastic job installing our ducted A/C. They turned up early, were very friendly and polite. The job was finished in the one day and the site was left clean and tidy. Jarrod gave me comprehensive and understandable instructions on how to use the system.
