1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is conducted by Climate Green for attendees of the Melbourne Home Show 2025, running from 22–24 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”). It includes:
• Entry into a lucky draw for a $2250 gift card,
• Paid a $100 deposit to secure
• A complimentary gift hamper for customers who sign up and pay a deposit at the event.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible, participants must:
a. Be Victorian residents aged 18 years or older.
b. Attend the Melbourne Home Show between 22–24 August 2025 and sign up at Climate Green’s stall.
c. Paid a $100 deposit to secure

d. Be assessed as eligible for the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program at a later inspection.

3. Promotion Details
a. Customers who sign up and Paid a $100 deposit during the Home Show will:
• Receive an immediate 10% discount on the standard price of a 4-head Midea multi-split air conditioning system (standard cost $2,500).
• Receive a gift hamper on the same day of signup.
b. Following inspection, installation, and payment of the required contribution, customers will:
• Receive a $2250 gift card post-payment, which can be used only towards an air conditioning upgrade with Climate Green, with any aircon brand offered by Climate Green.

4. Gift Card Conditions
a. If the cost of the selected aircon upgrade exceeds $2250, the customer must pay the balance.
b. If the cost of the selected aircon upgrade is less than $2250, the gift card value will be adjusted to match the total upgrade cost (no cash refunds will be provided).
c. The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and redeemable only for air conditioning upgrades with Climate Green.

5. Payment and Refund Conditions
a. Deposit Requirement:
Paid a $100 depositis required on the day of signup to secure the promotional offer.
b. Refunds:
• If the customer is deemed ineligible during site inspection, the deposit will be refunded in full.
• If the customer changes their mind after signup (without eligibility issues), the deposit will not be refunded.
c. Inspection and Installation Timeline:
Climate Green will contact the customer within 14 days of signup to arrange inspection and installation scheduling.

6. Lucky Draw for $2,250 Gift Card
a. The lucky draw will be conducted on 26 August 2025.
b. The winner will be announced on Climate Green’s Facebook page.
c. By signing up, participants consent to Climate Green posting their name publicly on Facebook if they are selected as the winner.
d. The winner must contact Climate Green directly within 14 days of the announcement to claim their prize.

7. VEU Compliance
a. The promotion aligns with the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program.
b. Customers must pay the minimum co-contribution in full as per VEU requirements before receiving the gift card.
c. The $2250 gift card is issued post-payment and is a separate marketing incentive funded by Climate Green, not part of or funded by the VEU rebate.

8. General Terms
a. Climate Green reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation if false or misleading information is provided.
b. Climate Green may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, if necessary, provided it does not affect customers who have already signed up.
c. The promotion is conducted in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ACCC guidelines.

• Administering this promotion,
• Fulfilling VEU compliance requirements, and
